Outside those areas
We deliver elsewhere in Cambodia too. Contact our team before you order and we will confirm what is involved for your address.
When it happens
Our team contacts you after your order is confirmed to agree the date, and keeps you updated as your vehicle is prepared. You can follow every step on your order page and in your MyBYD account.
On the day
We hand the vehicle over to you in person and sign the Vehicle Handover Confirmation together. Bring the ID document you used on your order.
Collection instead
You are welcome to collect from our showroom instead of taking delivery — choose it on your order, or tell our team.
